Life to Eagle
Eagle Scout is the highest advancement rank in Boy Scouting. Life to Eagle is a Troop 890 program directed by Dr. Bill Bruck to guide Scouts that have attained Life rank to the achievement of Eagle rank.
- In 2009, 52,470 Scouts earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
- Around 5 percent of all Boy Scouts earned the Eagle Scout rank in 2009.
- In 2009, the average age of boys earning the Eagle Scout rank was 17.3 years of age.
