First Year Campout

Erwin Park, McKinney

1. Take US75 to McKinney.
2. Take exit 41 (Highway 380).
3. Go West 2.5 miles (toward Denton).
4. Take a right (north) on State Rd 1461 and go 2.1 miles toward Rhea Mills.
5. Take a right at the sign for Erwin Park on CR 162, a short road
6. Turn right onto CR 164, a paved road.
7. Proceed .9 miles (passing CR943 on the right) and turn left at the sign onto CR 1006.
8. The entrance to Erwin Park is on the right .4 miles.
9. Our campsite is next to a pavillion at the top of a hill at the far end of the park from the entrance
