Customer Input Form
Scouts are required to enter orders for both new and existing customers on this form. As in the past, a new customer should have every box completed prior to submitting the order. Please be sure to enter all information for every customer, including their delivery address (even for previous customers). Also, be sure to enter your scout ID, scout last name, Customer Account #, Customer last name, Customer address information, quantity purchased, delivery location, and the charge and collection information at the bottom. Make sure the information entered is accurate or you won't get credit for the sale in your scout account. It is very important that you print a copy of the confirmation after you submit your order. Attach these confirmations to your order sheets when you turn in your money on turn in nights.
